By accessing and using the TendMeet application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on TendMeet's App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use the App for any illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Spam or send unsolicited messages

3. Disclaimer

The materials on TendMeet's App are provided on an 'as is' basis. TendMeet makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall TendMeet or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TendMeet's App, even if TendMeet or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on TendMeet's App could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. TendMeet does not warrant that any of the materials in its App are accurate, complete, or current. TendMeet may make changes to the materials contained in its App at any time without notice.

6. Links

TendMeet has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its App and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by TendMeet of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

TendMeet may revise these Terms of Service for its App at any time without notice. By using this App, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements we may enter into to update these Terms or to provide the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

9. User Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself responsibly while using the App. Specifically:

• You shall not post or send any content that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• You shall not impersonate any person or entity
• You shall not post or send any unsolicited promotional materials or spam
• You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• You shall not attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the App
• You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations

10. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify TendMeet immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

11. Payment & Transactions

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways (Razorpay). By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current payment information
• Authorize charges to your payment method
• Pay all charges incurred
• Comply with the payment processor's terms and policies

Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Digital purchases (tokens, subscriptions) are generally non-refundable unless there was an error in billing.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of TendMeet or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

TendMeet shall not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, the App for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits, or anticipated savings.

14. Termination

TendMeet may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Harassing or abusing other users
• Posting inappropriate content
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Any illegal activity

TendMeet is committed to child safety. We have implemented strict measures to:

• Prevent access by minors
• Detect and report suspected child exploitation
• Comply with NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) guidelines
• Immediately report suspicious activity to authorities

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and TendMeet regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral.
