PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APP

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the TendMeet application (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

2.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You are liable for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access

2.2 Account Verification

We may require identity verification at any time. Failure to pass verification may result in account suspension or termination.

3. CODE OF CONDUCT

3.1 Prohibited Behavior

You agree NOT to:

• Harassment or Bullying: Send threatening, abusive, or harassing messages
• Sexual Exploitation: Engage in non-consensual sexual conduct or sharing of intimate content
• Fraud: Use false identity, impersonate others, or commit fraud
• Illegal Activity: Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Spam: Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam
• Hacking: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Malware: Upload viruses or harmful code
• Privacy Violation: Share others' personal information
• Adult Content: Share explicit sexual content
• Hate Speech: Use racist, sexist, or discriminatory language
• Scams: Attempt to defraud or mislead other users
• Bot Activity: Use automated scripts or bots

4. CONTENT & UPLOADS

4.1 Profile Photos

• Must be actual photos of yourself
• Cannot be sexually explicit
• Cannot violate others' rights
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

4.2 Messages & Chat

• You acknowledge all messages are monitored for safety
• Explicit sexual content in messages may result in bans
• Messages may be flagged for review if concerning

5. VIRTUAL CURRENCY & PAYMENTS

5.1 Tokens

• Tokens are non-transferable virtual currency for in-app use only
• Tokens have no real-world monetary value
• Unused tokens may be forfeited if account is terminated
• Token prices are subject to change (notification will be provided)
• We reserve the right to adjust token costs for calls

5.2 Premium Subscriptions

5.3 Refund Policy

• Refunds: No refunds for tokens or premium after purchase
• Exceptions: System errors or unauthorized transactions may be eligible for refund
• Request Process: Contact support@tendmeet.live with transaction ID and reason
• Timeline: Refund requests reviewed within 7 business days
• Method: Refunds issued to original payment method

5.4 Payment Processing

• All payments processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant)
• We do not store your credit card information
• You authorize recurring charges for subscriptions
• Transaction receipts sent by Razorpay

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, you must first contact us directly:

• Include: Transaction ID, issue description, screenshots
• We respond within 48 hours

6.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

6.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS. All disputes must be individual arbitration or small claims court.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• TendMeet is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss due to user error

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TendMeet from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your use of the App
• Content you upload or transmit

9. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION

9.1 Account Termination

We may terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal activity
• Safety concerns
• Repeated abuse reports
• Inactivity (180+ days)

9.2 Upon Termination

• All account data will be deleted
• Unused tokens will be forfeited
• No refunds will be issued
• You may not create a new account

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of the App (code, design, text, graphics) are owned by TendMeet or licensed. You may not:

• Copy or duplicate code
• Reverse engineer the app
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright notices

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App uses third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Data hosting and authentication
• Razorpay: Payment processing
• Zego: Video calling infrastructure

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

• We may modify or discontinue features at any time
• We are not liable for modifications or discontinuation
• We may update these Terms periodically
• Changes take effect upon posting

13. GOVERNING LAW
